With a reputation as a professional and innovative company, Compass Informatics are keen to work with the best products in the market and yet to offer a vendor independent perspective to our clients.

With this in mind we have formulated developer and reseller agreements with a range of leading software vendors, primarily in the data analysis, mapping, and surveying areas. These agreements are non-exclusive so that we can advise and provide our clients with the best solution for their particular requirements.

These products can be used as is, or extensively customised to meet specific user requirements.  With our highly experienced management and technical teams the process of designing solutions for a user's needs can be undertaken in partnership with end-users.

Products cover -

• Geographical Information Systems software from Esri, Intergraph, MapInfo and others - including Open Source software which we make extensive and appropriate use of. 
• Image processing and large volume imagery management and delivery via the ERDAS product suite. 
• Mobile mapping and field surveys via a range of software but particularly using the GPS / GNSS hardware solutions from Ashtech, the ruggedised computers from Handheld Europe, and software from Esri, MicroSurvey, and the SigmaSeven GeoField software.

In addition to vendor software we have our own solutions and are expanding our product developments currently through R&D investment.  These include hosted map viewers using Esri or Open Source software platforms.  Our planning and land management solutions also find users in the government sector and among private sector land owners and asset managers.
